Bruce, Lucian (Bruce's dad), Mike Slice (Lucian's next door neighbor) and I were able to go down to Miami the first of January to cheer on the Tigers as they played in the Orange Bowl. We won't discuss the results of the game, but....the trip was alot of fun. We stayed in Fort Lauderdale and toured around there and had dinner the first night in Florida. The day of the game we drove down to Miami and walked around South Beach, drove on A1A ("Beach Front Avenue!!") and ate lunch before heading to the stadium. The next day we drove to Fort Lauderdale's beach and had lunch and walked around and then headed back to the airport. It was a great trip and although the game didn't end the way we wanted, we still enjoyed our time together.
